For me, healing means inner freedom.
Inner freedom means inner peace to me.
Inner peace means love to me.
For me, healing is found on the level where love equals peace equals freedom. It is the spiritual, mental level, the multidimensional, creative, and therefore divine dimension.
The spiritual, the divine, is omnipresent and unifying in my understanding of life. Independent and detached from human existence, yet simultaneously contained within it, as in all existence. On this level, violence does not exist.
Communicating with this magical dimension is given to every being in its own way; no higher instruction is needed.
However, in many contexts, we do not learn a natural way of communicating on this level.
We are rarely accompanied in being (self‑)aware and in conscious relationship with the spiritual world. In religious contexts, we often experience that communication with the divine level is misused for human power interests, and thus generates violence and becomes ambivalent.
We live in a culture shaped by trauma, ruled by fear and control, within a society that assigns different values to people and denies many of them basic rights. Here is where my work contributes to creating access to self‑empowerment and inner peace. I see this as transgenerational peace work.
In the healing process, integrity arises, in my experience — that means an inner home. From here springs a secure connection with oneself and with everything that exists.
This happens through taking on essential self‑responsibility, through the growing experience of self‑authority, through the happiness that comes with true presence (authenticity), through becoming alive in being.
