You are part of life.

You are welcome just as you are.

The work I do is always dedicated to the highest good of all beings.
This complex truth is the core and foundation of my attitude. It guides my actions.

I work in conversation with the “magic of words.”
The inner space that opens up in this process has the quality of pure attention.
I experience myself like a parabolic mirror. In my dish I receive what the other person shares with me, and through my antenna I give back the essence of what has been gathered.

This way of working becomes possible through connection with the higher wisdom of life.
I work with kindness, warmth, lightness, and humor — in clarity, seriousness, and depth.

I have specialized in sustainable, long-term processes with clients whose life experiences have been shaped by transgenerational trauma, developmental trauma, or attachment trauma.
It is about dissolving deep inner structures of one’s own personality that burden, torment, restrict, and block.

I see these structures like a tightly wound DNA that exists in every cell of the body and affects all processes in a human being, especially their relationship with themselves and with others.
It cannot be reached through intellectual work alone.

In the healing process, different phases and stages overlap and intertwine:

People gradually become familiar with their own inner deformation or reshaping, which arose from earlier distress and the will to survive.

Little by little, a deep recognition of this creative act of one’s own inner system becomes possible.
The essence of the deformation is taken into the heart.

There, in the warmth of the heart, the protective but toxic structures soften, and new, vibrant forms — aligned with the true core of the person — begin to emerge.

That is the magical, yet very real, moment of freedom; authenticity arises.

These processes of transformation, as well as their integration into everyday life, take time.

They unfold in organic rhythms, like waves and spirals.

I work consciously with a long breath within a society that produces illness through time pressure, fast-paced living, and the consumption of life.
I support people in developing access to, and their own individual way of communicating with, the inner spiritual world.

I do not represent any doctrine.

I am a companion, always on eye level and heart level.
It is about self-responsibility and self-empowerment.
The healing happens in and through the person themselves.

My work arises in practice, in the very moment it is needed.

Clients are always free to begin or end the process and to choose the frequency of appointments. For longer-term processes, a session every two weeks has proven to be organic and meaningful.
